Taneum Project Management is lead by Owner/Operator Joe Chanes who brings over 15 years of experience in commercial construction project management, delivering projects with a strong focus on budget control, schedule adherence, and accountability. He has successfully managed a wide range of projects ranging from TI’s, Education (K-9 & Higher Ed), Retail, Hospitality (Hotels and Restaurants), Cellular sites and Geo-Thermal. He is a professional in planning through closeout of a project, coordinating teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring quality outcomes. Known for his straightforward approach and results-driven mindset, Joe represents the owner’s interests at every stage, helping turn complex construction challenges into well-executed projects.
